Children’s Classes – for ages 7–12
Introduction – children’s Classes
At Drama with a Difference, we provide a safe and nurturing environment for primary school aged children. The atmosphere is non-competitive and one of cooperation and care.
Our major intention is to encourage the individuality, self confidence, self esteem and creativity of all children who attend.
The emphasis in this age group is on creative play and improvisation, these aspects being taught in a manner that extends beyond what is offered at most primary schools.
Our courses are designed to accommodate students starting later in the term or the year (except when we are very close to performance times).
A 2-hour weekly class is offered on Wednesday afternoons at Kew and at Clifton Hill on Saturday mornings.
Weekly classes will continue in Term 2, 2017 – book now to secure your place!
- See our Term Classes page for subjects covered, details of the end-of-term show, and venue, dates and costs
- Book online via our Bookings page

Children as Professional Actors
For children who want to audition for roles on film and TV, we have an impeccable reputation as a school that has provided (and continues to provide) the industry with natural and talented students. Please let us know if your child is interested in this aspect of our school. (see Students of Note)
